   Advised this coordinate measuring  and metrology company on strategic and financing alternatives.  Then represented the Company in successful sale to a mutli-national strategic partner.

D&D Tool & Supply  Assisted this San Diego based provider of industrial supplies with a review of strategic alternatives and represented the company in conversations with potential partners.  

PepperBall Technologies, Inc.  Assisted this developer of less-than-lethal weapons for law enforcement agencies with a review of strategic alternatives and represented the company in discussions with potetial strategic partners and investors.

SYS Technologies    From 2001 to 2003 a Principal acted as financial advisor to this public defense services company (NASDAQ-OTC) resulting in a placement of $2,000,000 convertible debt and equity.           

Alturdyne    Assisted this 30-year old Southern California rotating equipment packager and turbine manufacturer by providing a $350,000 bridge loan and arranging a $2,000,000 subdebt facility.

MediaGear, Inc.  Principals assisted in creating a new entity to acquire the assets of an audio equipment supplier and structured and arranged the financing for the acquisition.

Prior to starting Commercial Bridge Capital and Regent Partners, the Principals were CEOs and C level officers for major private and public companies where, in addition to their P&L responsibility, they undertook numerous equity and debt financings, made multiple acquisitions and divestitures, went public and restructured private and public debt, for transactions totaling in excess of $1.5 billion during their careers.
